Luxury manufactures are assembling most of the models in India to keep the price down. Now JLR commenced local assembly of F-Pace in India and it is priced at Rs. 60.02 Lakhs (Ex-Showroom). The model assembled in India is the entry level Prestige variant with 2.0 L Ingenium diesel engine. The F-Pace is available in both 2.0 L and 3.0 L Ingenium diesel engines with three variants – Pure, Prestige, and R-Sport.
Jaguar hasn’t mentioned anything about other variants. The entry level variant is almost Rs. 15 Lakhs cheaper than earlier model which is a big price gap. This will certainly help F-Pace to find more homes in India. Jaguar F-Pace 2.0 L Ingenium engine produces 177 HP of power and 430 NM of torque. This engine is mated to 8 speed automatic gearbox. 0-100 kph in 8.7 sec and top speed is 208 Kph.
