Ultraviolette, an Indian electric vehicle startup, has received a major investment from TDK Ventures, the venture capital arm of TDK Corporation. This new partnership will help Ultraviolette speed up its plans to build and sell high-performance electric vehicles (EVs) around the world, showcasing Indian innovation and engineering.

TDK Ventures now joins a strong group of Ultraviolette’s investors, including Qualcomm Ventures, Zoho Corporation, Speciale Invest, Lingotto, and TVS Motor Company. Other well-known backers include Swiggy’s CEO Sriharsha Majety, Cure Foods’ Ankit Nagori, TaxiForSure’s Aprameya Radhakrishna, and actor Dulquer Salmaan.

Ultraviolette was started with the goal of making electric vehicles that combine futuristic design with top engineering. After years of research and development, Ultraviolette’s flagship motorcycle, the F77, has set new standards in performance, safety, and technology, making it one of the world’s most advanced electric bikes. Now, Ultraviolette is ramping up production, expanding its sales network, and planning to launch its products in global markets.
