Mahindra has updated the Scorpio-N with a host of new features, further enhancing its technology and convenience package. The latest updates include a Panoramic Skyroof, a 540-degree surround-view camera, larger digital displays and new alloy wheels, while the SUV continues with its existing petrol and diesel engine options.

Since its launch in 2022, Mahindra says it has sold over 3.8 lakh units of the Scorpio-N.

New features added

The biggest highlight is the addition of a Panoramic Skyroof, replacing the standard single-pane sunroof on select variants.

Other new features include:

  • 540-degree surround-view camera with Blind View Monitor
  • 31.24 cm floating HD touchscreen infotainment system
  • 26.03 cm HD digital instrument cluster
  • New R18 diamond-cut alloy wheels
  • 65W USB Type-C fast charging port
  • Adventure Statistics display with engine performance, compass, G-force, roll, pitch and altimeter information

The infotainment system now gets six physical shortcut buttons for easier access to key functions.

No mechanical changes

Mechanically, the Scorpio-N remains unchanged.

The SUV continues to be offered with Mahindra’s mStallion turbo-petrol and mHawk diesel engines, paired with manual and automatic gearbox options. Buyers can also choose between rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive variants.

Other premium features continue to include:

  • Level 2 ADAS
  • 12-speaker Sony audio system
  • Ventilated front seats
  • Six-way powered driver’s seat
  • Electronic parking brake
  • Wireless charger
  • Dual-zone climate control

Prices

The updated Scorpio-N is priced between ₹13.69 lakh and ₹25.49 lakh (ex-showroom), depending on the variant and powertrain.

Final Take

The latest update makes the Scorpio-N an even stronger package by adding features that buyers increasingly expect in this segment. The panoramic sunroof, larger displays and 540-degree camera bring it closer to newer rivals, while retaining the rugged character, powerful engine options and off-road capability that have made the Scorpio-N one of Mahindra’s most popular SUVs.
