BharatBenz now has 14 touchpoints across West Bengal, while its wider Indian network includes more than 430 service workshops and touchpoints.
DICV also plans to establish a dedicated Parts Logistics Centre for Eastern India, which is expected to improve parts availability and reduce delivery lead times.

Final Take
This is less about adding another showroom and more about improving uptime for commercial vehicle operators. With its location along NH-16, extended service hours and dedicated accident repair bays, the new BharatBenz facility strengthens the brand’s support network in one of eastern India’s important freight corridors.
