Bentley is returning to California for Monterey Car Week with a stunning lineup of cars, including historic icons, current models, and future concepts—many making their public debut across the Peninsula.

The highlight is the world premiere of Bentley’s new design vision concept, the EXP 15, which will be shown for the first time on the concept lawn at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on August 17. The EXP 15 features an upright grille, a long “endless” bonnet, and a rearward cabin inspired by the legendary 1930 Bentley Speed Six Gurney Nutting Sportsman coupe, known as the “Blue Train.” The original Blue Train will also join Bentley’s activities in Monterey for the first time, appearing on the road and at the Home of Bentley near the Pebble Beach Lodge. Here, visitors can see Bentley’s latest models, explore the brand’s craftsmanship, and even collaborate with designers on custom creations.

At ‘The Quail, a Motorsport Gathering,’ Bentley will display the latest fourth-generation Continental GT, GTC, and Flying Spur core and Azure models, along with the new Bentayga Speed—all making their US public debut. The Continental GT Speed will showcase a new “ombre” paint technology, blending two colors from front to back, available through Bentley’s bespoke Mulliner division. Mulliner will also present the new Batur Convertible for the first time in the US.

Customers and guests can test drive the new fourth-generation models during the week. The new Continental GT and Azure models introduce Bentley’s High Performance Hybrid powertrain, combining a 4.0-litre V8 engine with a powerful electric motor for a total output of 680 PS and 930 Nm of torque. With these new models, plus the Speed and Mulliner variants, Bentley offers more choices than ever for customers to match their style and driving preferences.

Bonhams will auction a unique, handcrafted Bentley Surfboard made with Koa veneer from Bentley’s own woodshop. Proceeds will benefit SurfabilityUK, a charity that helps people with disabilities experience surfing and the ocean.

Bentley is also bringing a special car from its Heritage Collection: the one-of-a-kind Mark V Corniche. Originally built in 1939, the Corniche was destroyed during World War II, but its chassis was rediscovered 25 years ago. Bentley and a team of enthusiasts rebuilt the car using original components and drawings, completing it in time for Bentley’s centenary in 2019. This is the first time the Corniche has left the UK or France. It will participate in the Tour d’Elegance on August 14 and appear on the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance show field on August 17.

Bentley’s presence at Monterey Car Week 2024 celebrates its rich heritage, innovative present, and exciting future, offering fans and customers a unique look at the brand’s journey.
