Bentley Reveals Chalet Edition Bentayga Inspired by Luxury Alpine Living

Bentley has unveiled one of its most unique special editions yet, the Bentley Bentayga EWB Chalet Edition, created in collaboration with social media personality The Gstaad Guy

Bentley says the SUV was designed to feel like “The ultimate chalet companion”, inspired by luxury Alpine retreats and understated high-end living.

A Bentley Designed Like a Luxury Chalet

The Chalet Edition is based on the Bentayga EWB Azure with a huge focus on comfort, warmth and handcrafted details.

Inside, Bentley has created a cabin inspired by upscale mountain chalets using:

  • Saddle leather upholstery
  • Tweed detailing
  • Diamond quilting
  • Open-pore Liquid Amber wood trim
  • Warm ambient lighting

The SUV also gets:

  • Four individual comfort seats
  • Rear centre console
  • Naim for Bentley premium audio system

Subtle Luxury, Not Loud Luxury

Unlike many flashy special editions, Bentley says the Chalet Edition focuses on:

  • Quiet luxury
  • Understated elegance
  • Comfort-first design

Even the special badging remains subtle throughout the cabin.

The Gstaad Guy’s logo and Alpine-themed graphics appear throughout:

  • Laser etching
  • Seat embroidery
  • Small fascia details

Inspired by Swiss Alpine Culture

One interesting detail is the use of Alpine flower embroidery on the headrests and cushions, representing:

  • Swiss heritage
  • Family values
  • Mountain culture

Bentley also added custom animated welcome lamps to enhance the “arriving home” feeling.

Even the Boot Gets Luxury Treatment

Bentley is also offering optional:

  • Saddle leather boot protectors
  • Alpine embroidery
  • Fireglow detailing

for owners who want a more premium luggage area for ski trips or travel.

Bespoke Exterior Finish

The exterior gets a hand-finished Light Tudor Grey paint shade which Bentley says takes roughly 60 hours to complete by hand.

Other exterior highlights include:

  • Bronze styling package
  • Fireglow pinstripe accents
  • Chalet Edition badging
  • Bespoke treadplates
