BMW 7 Series is the flagship model of the company, but they never introduced full blown M model 7 Series. The only thing we got close a M7 is M760i which was introduced earlier this year. BMW M760i is powered by twin turbo charged 6.6 L V12 engine produces 601 HP of power and 800 NM of torque. This engine is mated to 8 speed automatic gearbox. BMW is also offering clever all wheel drive system. The M760i is electronically limited to 250 kph. For some markets, BMW offers M Drivers Package which get limits top speed to 305 kph.
AutoTopNL Youtuber took the M760i on a de-restricted Autobahn for a top speed run. We can see the 7 series hitting near 320 kph in speedometer but actual speed is 305 kph because of the limiter. Even at such speeds, the tachometer is not redlining which indicates that if there is no limiter, M760i can hit the magic 200 Mph which is unique for a sedan considering its heavy mass. We can hope BMW might push M760i to limits in a controlled environment without limits just to see how much this big limo can do.
