BMW Motorrad Reveals Limited-Edition M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT

BMW Motorrad has unveiled the new BMW M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT to celebrate the 115th anniversary of the Isle of Man TT in 2026.

The motorcycle is limited to just 115 units worldwide and is based on the already bonkers BMW M 1000 RR M Competition.

Inspired by the Isle of Man TT

BMW says the special edition pays tribute to one of the world’s most dangerous and legendary motorcycle races, the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy.

The superbike comes finished in British Racing Green Uni Matt paint along with:

  • TT Mountain Course graphics
  • TT logos
  • Special edition badging
  • Sequential numbering
  • Certificate of authenticity

The fairing graphics also feature selected:

  • Left-hand corners on the left side
  • Right-hand corners on the right side

inspired directly by the TT course layout.

Special Features and Equipment

The limited-edition superbike also gets several exclusive components, including:

  • Carbon airbox cover with TT graphics
  • Alcantara seat
  • Satin Chrome aluminium fuel tank
  • Black swingarm
  • M Race Cover Kit
  • Rear paddock stand
  • M motorcycle mat with TT branding

Celebrating BMW’s TT Legacy

BMW Motorrad used the special edition to highlight its long history at the Isle of Man TT.

The company’s TT history includes:

  • Georg Meier’s Senior TT win in 1939
  • Multiple victories with the S 1000 RR and M 1000 RR
  • Peter Hickman’s TT lap record in 2023

Hickman currently holds the all-time TT lap record with an average speed of 219.4 km/h on a BMW M 1000 RR.

Built for Collectors and Enthusiasts

BMW says the motorcycle is aimed at riders and collectors looking for:

  • Maximum performance
  • Motorsport heritage
  • Exclusivity

Final Take

The BMW M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT feels more like a collector’s tribute than just another cosmetic special edition. Between the extremely limited production run, TT-inspired detailing, and BMW’s deep connection to the Isle of Man TT, this could easily become one of the most desirable modern BMW superbikes for collectors and hardcore enthusiasts alike.
