Maruti Suzuki introduced Smartplay infotainment system across its newer models which comes with Apple CarPlay as standard option. Recent models like Ignis and Dzire get the option of Android Auto also. Now Maruti Suzuki announced that all the cars with Smartplay system will not get Android Auto option which was not available earlier. By connecting your android phone to the system via USB, then opening the android auto option in Smartplay will take us to the homescreen in which you can control navigation, maps, calls, messages etc.
