California-based Gunther Werks has unveiled Project End Game, a one-off Speedster based on the Porsche 993.
This model marks the end of Gunther Werks’ Speedster program and also introduces its new GWX coachbuilding division. It is a one-of-one build, created as a final showcase after nearly a decade of development.
Project End Game is a fully custom Speedster derived from the Porsche 993 platform, reworked extensively by Gunther Werks.
It brings together the brand’s engineering and design work into a single final car.
The car uses a heavily upgraded engine setup built with racing input.
Despite the high power, the car remains lightweight, weighing just over 2,600 lbs.
Weight reduction is a key part of the build.
This makes it the most performance-focused Gunther Werks Speedster so far.
The design stays close to the original Porsche 993 shape while adding modern performance elements.
The colour and finish of this particular build also stand out, with a combination that gives it a look similar to Iron Man’s suit, adding a distinct visual identity to the car.
The interior is fully customised for this single car.
Every part of the cabin is tailored specifically for this build.
Project End Game is a final statement from Gunther Werks’ Speedster line.
Based on the Porsche 993, it combines classic design with modern performance, while also setting the stage for the brand’s next phase in bespoke car building.
