Hero MotoCorp has unveiled the Xpulse 450, its new flagship adventure motorcycle, at EICMA 2026. The motorcycle gets an all-new 421cc liquid-cooled engine, long-travel suspension, and built-in Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.
Hero has confirmed that the Xpulse 450 will reach global markets first. India launch details and pricing are yet to be announced.
The Xpulse 450 is powered by a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 46.7hp and 38Nm. It comes paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slip-and-assist clutch as standard.
Key specifications include:
The motorcycle gets a 43mm adjustable KYB USD front fork with 225mm of travel, 15mm more than the Xpulse 210. It also offers 22-step compression and rebound adjustment.
Another major highlight is its 7-inch TFT display, which supports built-in Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This is expected to make the Xpulse 450 one of the most connected motorcycles in its segment.
The bike also gets tubeless spoke wheels, with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear setup.
Hero has not revealed the India launch timeline or pricing. Once launched, the Xpulse 450 will compete against the KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.
