Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has hit a major milestone — completing 25 years in India! To celebrate this big moment, the company launched two brand-new bikes: the Honda CB125 Hornet and the Honda Shine 100 DX.
These new bikes reflect Honda’s focus on modern technology, youth appeal, and customer needs. Starting 2025 August 1 st, bookings for both models will open across India.

CB125 Hornet – Sporty, and Built for Gen-Z
The Honda CB125 Hornet is designed especially for young urban riders who love speed, style, and smart features. With sharp looks, all-LED lights, and bold color combos, this bike makes a statement on the road.
It features golden USD front forks (a first in its segment), a stylish split seat, and a smart TFT display with Bluetooth and Honda RoadSync app support for navigation, calls, and music.
Its 124 kg lightweight body houses a 123.94cc engine, producing 8.2 kW of power and 11.2 Nm torque. It can go from 0–60 km/h in just 5.4 seconds, making it one of the fastest in its class.
It also has a USB Type-C charger, single-channel ABS, petal disc brakes, and tubeless tyres, ensuring a fun yet safe ride.

Shine 100 DX – Solid & Made for Daily Rides
The Honda Shine 100 DX is Honda’s reliable everyday commuter with a refreshed, stylish look and useful modern features. It now gets a digital display showing real-time mileage, range, and service reminders.
It sports a bold new headlamp with chrome detailing, fresh graphics, and a long seat for rider comfort. The engine — a fuel-efficient 98.98cc unit — delivers a smooth ride with Honda’s trusted eSP technology.
The Shine 100 DX is also fitted with a side-stand engine cut-off, CBS brakes, and telescopic suspension, making it safe and dependable for daily use.
