KTM Launches All-New 160 Duke in India

KTM launched the all-new KTM 160 Duke. With this new model, KTM enters the premium 160cc segment, making its famous “Ready to Race” performance more affordable for India’s growing community of sports bike fans.

Performance and Engineering

The KTM 160 Duke is powered by a lightweight 164.2 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. It delivers a class-leading 19 PS of power and 15.5 Nm of torque, giving riders a thrilling experience. The bike features KTM’s signature split trellis frame for great stability and agility, and an optimized WP Apex front fork for better handling. Lightweight wheels and a lighter hugger tube help reduce weight, while a cast pillion step holder and sleek grab rail add to the bike’s style and comfort.

For safety, the 160 Duke comes with a large 320mm front disc brake and a 230mm rear disc brake. Riders get a modern 5-inch LCD display for all their riding information.

Designed for Young Riders

The KTM 160 Duke is perfect for young riders who want their first premium sport motorcycle. It offers a mix of exciting performance, daily comfort, and aggressive street design. With this launch, KTM’s Naked Street line-up in India now includes four models, ranging from 160cc to 400cc.

KTM expects the 160 Duke to attract a new generation of riders and expand its reach in the premium sport bike market.

What KTM Leaders Say

Manik Nangia, President – Probiking, said, “Everyone has a racer inside them. For over a decade, KTM has inspired young riders in India with our ‘Ready to Race’ spirit. The new KTM 160 Duke brings our racing DNA to more people than ever, without losing the performance and attitude that make KTM special.”
