Lamborghini has officially launched the Temerario in India. This is a Powerful New Supercar that combines advanced Hybrid technology with stunning Performance. The Temerario is priced from INR 6 Crores (ex-showroom) in India. The Temerario is powered by a twin-turbo V8 hybrid engine that produces an incredible 907 hp and can rev up to 10,000 rpm, making it the first production super sports car in the world to reach this marvellous engine speed.
In terms of performance, the Temerario is in a seperate league of its own. The Supercar can clock 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds and has a top speed of 343 km/h. It becomes the second High-Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV) from Lamborghini to be introduced in India, completing the brand’s hybrid lineup under its Direzione Cor Tauri strategy. This follows earlier launches of the V12 HPEV and the hybrid Super SUV.
Francesco Scardaoni, Regional Director of Automobili Lamborghini Asia Pacific, said that India remains a key market for the brand. He thanked Indian customers for their great support, which helped Lamborghini achieve record sales in 2024. He added that the Temerario brings next-level performance and comfort, powered by a new twin-turbo V8 engine and three electric motors, offering both thrilling driving dynamics and elevated luxury experience. He expressed confidence that Indian buyers would embrace the new model.
The Temerario was showcased in a bold Viola Pasifae colour, turning heads at the launch event. Guests at the event also explored the Lamborghini Ad Personam program, which allows buyers to customise their car with over 400 exterior colours, interior finishes, and special trims.
