The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition, a special limited-run electric SUV, sold out in just over two minutes after bookings opened on August 23. All 999 units were booked in only 135 seconds, showing huge demand for this unique model. Mahindra had originally planned to make just 300 units, but increased production to 999 after seeing the excitement from fans.
Priced at ₹27.79 lakh (ex-showroom), which is ₹87,000 more than the standard BE 6, the Batman Edition stands out with its satin black paint, piano black accents, and Batman-themed decals. It features 20-inch alloy wheels with Batman logos, gold-painted brake calipers and suspension, and Batman emblems on the front quarter panels, rear bumper, windows, and rear windshield.
Inside, the BE 6 Batman Edition has a dual-tone gold and black interior. A unique Batman hologram is projected onto the roof, and its color can be changed using the central touchscreen. Gold accents are used throughout the cabin, matching the exterior details.
The BE 6 Batman Edition is powered by a 79 kWh battery, giving it an ARAI-certified range of 682 km. It uses a single electric motor that produces 282 bhp and 380 Nm of torque.
The BE 6 Batman Edition is the result of an official partnership between Mahindra and Warner Bros. With its exclusive design and strong performance, it quickly became one of the most sought-after electric SUVs in India.
