Mahindra’s Electric SUVs Just Got Bigger Batteries and Better Range!

Mahindra has taken the lead in India’s electric SUV market. Strong support from customers have been helping them sell one electric SUV every 10 minutes across the country. Building on this success, Mahindra is now starting deliveries for Pack Two of its popular electric SUVs, the BE 6 and XEV 9e by the end of July.

These new versions come at an attractive starting price of ₹21.90 lakh and offer customers two battery choices, a 59 kWh and a larger 79 kWh option. The smaller battery provides a real-world city driving range of around 400 km, while the larger battery extends the Driving range to 500 km.

Updated Prices (Ex-showroom):

BE 6 Pack Two

  • 59 kWh: ₹21.90 lakh
  • 79 kWh: ₹23.50 lakh

XEV 9e Pack Two

  • 59 kWh: ₹24.90 lakh
  • 79 kWh: ₹26.50 lakh

(Charger cost not included; customers can choose between a 7.2 kW or 11.2 kW charger at an additional cost.)

Both SUVs are loaded with premium features, such as a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos, a full glass roof, Level 2 ADAS safety tech, and exclusive displays, including a triple-screen cinematic setup in the XEV 9e and a sporty digital cockpit in the BE 6.

In addition Mahindra has also upgraded the BE 6 Pack Two with sage-colored leatherette interiors from the higher Pack Three variant, along with an ivory-colored roof lining to give the cabin a more luxurious and spacious feel.

Customers who have already booked their cars can now upgrade to the 79 kWh variant if they wish. With prices starting from ₹21.90 lakh and a wide service network of over 300 centers across India, Mahindra continues to make premium electric mobility more accessible.
