Mercedes-Benz India has launched the Mercedes-AMG E 53 Hybrid 4MATIC+, introducing the first plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model in the E-Class lineup. Priced from ₹1.45 crore (ex-showroom), the performance sedan combines AMG driving dynamics with over 100 km of electric-only range, further strengthening the brand’s ‘powertrain agnostic’ strategy for the Indian market.
Alongside the launch, Mercedes-Benz also announced a multi-year title partnership with the Indian Padel Tour for the 2026-27 season.
The AMG E 53 Hybrid 4MATIC+ is offered in two variants:
