New Mahindra Marazzo 2018; First Impression’s

Nashik, Mahindra launched its all new MPV today in there Nashik plant in Maharashtra. Made available in four trims M2,M4,M6,M8  with Price’s  starting attractively from Rs.9.99 for the M2 varient. The New Marazzo is born of an engineering collaboration between Mahindra Automotive North America (MANA). Detroit and Mahindra Research Valley (MRV) Chennai, the Marazzo is engineered keeping in mind ensuring excellence for safety, smooth ride, quietest cabin, fastest cooling and luxurious space.

The Designed of the Marazzo is a head-turner by  design studio in Mumbai & , Italy having design clue’s inspired from shark. The Design is perfectly streamlined and aerodynamic. The front grill have an aggressive appearance of a shark-like teeth and the rear tail lamp like a shark’s tail and the shark fin antenna. The Marazzo is a looker with its projector heardlamps, fog lamps with Daytime Running Lamps, elegant chrome finishes on exterior, twin-spoke 17″ machined alloy wheels.

Marazzo’s patented ‘Body on frame Front Wheel Drive’ architecture offers the twin benifits of agile, ‘car-like’ handling being lighter than other similar vehicles and the durability and toughness of a body on frame configuration.

The Mahindra Marazzo is Mahindra’s first and also the segment first to carry 8 people in comfort offering a luxurious and spacious interior. Marazzo offers best-in -class 1st and 2nd row shoulder room, and luxurious legroom that allows even a 6 foot tall person to stretch his leg out and relax. This is complemented by a comfortable step-in height of 465 mm making it convenient for women in saree or an elderly person to step in without the use of foot board.

Marazzo offers smooth ride as a result of its ‘twin beam’ rear suspension that offers the highest suspension travel of 245 mm. The Marazzo chassis is anchored by a fully boxed frame and include forged aluminium front suspension components, which increases the handling responsiveness.Its Front wheel drive layout sends power to the front wheel making handling easy and safe along with excellent turning radius of 5.25 m to enable the driver to get in and out of tightest situations.

Powering the Marazzo is a new 1.5 litre 4-cylinder engine placed in transvers layout, opening up a lot of space for the cabin. The engine produces an output of 121 BHP of power and 300 Nm of torque and having an ARAI certified efficiency of 17.3 kmpl.

 

Mahindra has given the Marazzo four varients M2,M4,M6,M8 available in colors of Mariner Maroon,Poseidon Purple,  Aqua Marine, Iceberg White, Oceanic Black and Shimmering Silver.
