Nissan India Launches 10-Year Extended Warranty for New Magnite

Nissan Motor India has launched a first-of-its-kind 10-Year Extended Warranty Plan for the New Nissan Magnite. This new plan is a segment-first and shows Nissan’s strong commitment to quality, reliability, and customer peace of mind. The announcement comes right after the New Magnite received a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP, making it one of the safest compact SUVs in India.

What’s on Offer?

The New Nissan Magnite comes with a standard 3-year warranty, but now customers can extend it up to 10 years or 2 lakh kilometers. The plan is very affordable, costing just 22 paise per kilometer or ₹12 per day. Customers can choose flexible options like 3+7, 3+4, 3+3, or 3+1 years, depending on their needs.

Key Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Coverage: The plan covers parts, repairs, and related expenses, just like the original warranty.
  • Cashless Repairs: Customers can get repairs done at any Nissan-authorized service center across India, with no limit on the number or value of claims.
  • Genuine Parts: All repairs use genuine Nissan spare parts.
  • Easy Financing: The plan can be financed through Nissan Finance when buying a new car.
  • Long-Term Peace of Mind: The plan covers engine and transmission for the 8th, 9th, and 10th years.

Who Can Buy?

  • Only for privately owned New Nissan Magnite vehicles with a 3-year standard warranty (from October 2024 onwards).
  • Customers must buy the plan before the standard warranty expires.
  • Not available for older Magnite models with a 2-year warranty.

How to Buy?

  • Customers can buy the plan at the time of purchasing a new Magnite or anytime during the standard warranty period from any authorized Nissan dealer.

The New Magnite also recently launched the KURO Special Edition, featuring a bold black theme and premium features, starting at ₹8.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Magnite is now sold in over 65 countries and comes with more than 55 safety features, including 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, ESC, TCS, HSA, and TPMS.
