Chennai, March 18, 2019: Polaris India Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Industries Inc., conducted the Polaris Camp at the Off Road Sports in Chennai. The Polaris Camp was conducted from 16th -17th March. The Polaris Experience Zone is a wonderful all in one sports center providing rides on the beach and in the midst of forest like terrain at Off Road Sports in Chennai.
On the occasion of Polaris Camp, the celebrity off-road trainers Gurmeet Virdi and Kabir Waraich the off-road champions guided the adventure enthusiasts from the region to ride across the specially designed tracks, midst forest and coastal beaches of the Off Road Sports center on the powerful fleet of Polaris atv’s and off-road vehicles. The families and kids of the enthusiasts experienced the fun and thrill of Polaris vehicles. Polaris India also organized a super thrilling controlled race in line with international racing formats for Polaris owners designed to test the limits with special pga prizes for winners. A free check up & service camps by expert technicians was also conducted for the Polaris vehicle owners.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Pankaj Dubey, Managing Director and Country Head, Polaris India Pvt. Polaris Off-Road vehicles are specially engineered to travel on rough and uneven roads. They are widely used in sectors such as defence, paramilitary forces, agriculture, entertainment, and tourism, among others. These vehicles are capable of providing a smooth ride even on rocky, slushy, desert and muddy surfaces. Apart from the PEZ in Chennai, Polaris India also has 84 other such PEZ spread all over the county to reach out to more people and in turn, give the participants a chance to experience the off-road racing experience within their city.
