The Tata Altroz gets a fresh update with sharper styling, new tech features, and refined performance. With its bold design tweaks and upgraded cabin, the Altroz Facelift brings more style to the premium hatchback segment. While it has received minor updates over the years, this is the first big makeover. The facelift brings new styling, more features, and updated variant names. Prices now start at ₹6.89 lakh and go up to ₹11.49 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). Bookings open on June 2.

The facelifted Altroz now looks sharper and more premium. It gets:
- LED projector headlamps with DRLs
- 3D-patterned grille and sportier front bumper
- Blacked-out alloy wheels
- Flush door handles like Tata’s bigger SUVs
- Connected Infinity LED taillamps (in higher trims)

New Interior and Features
The interior gets a refreshed layout with:
- A two-spoke illuminated steering wheel
- Redesigned dashboard
- Shared elements like gear lever and AC controls from other Tata models
Top trims now offer:
- 10.25-inch touchscreen and digital instrument cluster
- 360-degree camera, wireless phone charging, rear AC vents
- Blind spot monitoring, cruise control, and keyless entry
- Over 50 connected car features and air purifier (Accomplished+ S)

Engines and Gearboxes
The Altroz continues with its familiar engine options:
- 1.2L Petrol (87 bhp / 115 Nm)
- 1.2L CNG (bi-fuel)
- 1.5L Diesel (88 bhp / 200 Nm)
Transmission choices:
- 5-speed manual (all variants)
- New 5-speed AMT and 6-speed DCA (for petrol only)
Tata may also launch a Racer version later with a more powerful 1.2L turbo-petrol engine borrowed from the Nexon (118 bhp / 170 Nm).
Competition: The 2025 Altroz continues to take on cars like the Hyundai i20 and Maruti Suzuki Baleno in the Indian hatchback segment.
