Though the new Punch EV is launched at ₹9.69 lakh (ex-showroom), buyers can buy the car under the BaaS (battery-as-a-service) model, priced at an ex-showroom price of ₹6.49 lakh. The battery EMI on this model would be ₹2.6/km.

MG Windsor and the new Maruti Suzuki E Vitara include other models sold under the same package in the Indian market.
Interior & Comfort
The interior gets features like ventilated front seats, air purifier, voice-controlled sunroof, cooled glove box and much more.
Additional features include: 10.25-inch infotainment system by Harman, 10-inch digital driver’s display with multi-view, blind spot view mirror, 360 surround view camera, wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play, an industry standard these days.

Range and Drivability
The Punch EV gets a 30kWh and a 40kWh battery pack delivering a real-world range of up to 355 km. Not bad for an entry-level hatchback.
The company claims that the battery can charge up from 20% to 80% in 26 minutes, and a 15-minute charging session can top the car to drive up to 135 km.
Tata’s Expanding Charging Ecosystem
The company’s charging network spans over 2.3 lakh charging points across 1,500 cities. Tata has partnered with 30+ charge point operators to bring together more than 30,000 public chargers.
Customers can also check real-time charger availability and make payments through the IRA.ev app.
Variants and Warranty
Tata Motors will offer the Punch EV in three variants: Smart, Adventure, and Empowered. With “Smart” being the base variant and “Empowered +S” as the range-topping model.
