Seltos will be the first car from Kia to offer in India
The much awaiting mid-size suv from Kia, In fact the first car from its lineup for India is finally labelled as Seltos.As per Kia, the name ‘Seltos’ is inspired by Greek mythology and the legend of ‘Celtos’ the son of Hercules. Representing the brave and assertive spirit of Celtos, the ‘S’ in the car’s adapted name implies speed, sportiness and strength.
Kia has already unveiled the interior sketches few weeks ago, and they look very promising in terms of aesthetics. Moreover, the exterior sketches were out before that and it shows the outstanding character of the mid-size SUV.
“Seltos is all set to redefine the mid-SUV car segment with its eye-catching looks, exclusive segment first features and athletic design. We have spent a lot of time in perfecting our car to suit the taste of the Indian customers and I am glad that this originally India intended car is so perfect that it compelled us to make Seltos available globally. The car looks absolutely stunning and very closely matches the SP concept we showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. We already unveiled the fully unconcealed pictures of Seltos, as it is tested in the same name badge. But, the product name for Indian market is officially confirmed by now.
