Toyota Kirloskar Motor has introduced the 2026 Fortuner Leader Edition in India, adding new exterior styling elements and cabin features to its popular SUV. Prices start at ₹36.51 lakh (ex-showroom), with bookings opening on October 12, 2026.
The Leader Edition gets several blacked-out exterior elements, including gloss-black alloy wheels, a black roof, a black rear door garnish and a black-finished antenna. It also features a revised front grille design, body-side mouldings and an exclusive bonnet emblem.
Inside, the SUV gets dual-tone black and maroon upholstery, matching door trims, ambient lighting and illuminated scuff plates. Auto-folding ORVMs and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) have also been added.
The 2026 Fortuner Leader Edition is available with two transmission options, both in 4×2 configuration.
Three colour options are available: Super White, Platinum White Pearl and Attitude Black.
Toyota is offering flexible finance plans, including funding options of up to seven years and its Smart Balloon Finance scheme. The SUV comes with a standard three-year/1,00,000km warranty, extendable to five years/2,20,000km, along with five years of complimentary roadside assistance.

The Fortuner Leader Edition focuses on cosmetic upgrades and additional convenience features rather than major mechanical changes. With prices reaching ₹38.72 lakh, it offers buyers a more distinctive version of Toyota’s established SUV. Its appeal will depend on how much customers value the styling updates over the standard Fortuner.
