Triumph Motorcycles India has announced a major strategic expansion, celebrating the milestone of 100,000 motorcycles on Indian roads. To mark the occasion, the British manufacturer has launched a new flat-track-inspired model, the Tracker 400. The brand also announced significant price reductions across its existing 400cc and 350cc portfolio.

The new pricing strategy leverages an 18% GST benefit on the newly introduced 350cc engine range, resulting on-road savings of up to ₹21,500 for customers.

New Model Launch: The Triumph Tracker 400

Drawing direct inspiration from the raw, stripped-back aesthetic of flat-track racing, the Tracker 400 is designed for agility and “dirt-to-street” versatility.

  • Price: ₹2,46,225 (Ex-showroom).
  • Powertrain: Features an enhanced TR-Series 350cc engine delivering 40 hp at 8,750 rpm.
  • Design & Ergonomics: The Tracker 400 is characterized by a boxy fuel tank, a seat cowl, and a front number board with a fly screen. It features wide, flat handlebars and repositioned footpegs for a more commanding riding stance.
  • Hardware: It rides on newly styled wheels shod with MRF REVZ FD1 tyres. Bike is available in three colourways: Racing Yellow, Phantom Black, and Aluminium Silver Gloss.

Revised 2026 Pricing Structure

Triumph has realigned its mid-capacity pricing to be more aggressive as it enters FY27. The range now starts at ₹1.95 lakh, making the premium Triumph experience accessible to a broader audience.

ModelNew Ex-Showroom Price (Delhi)
Triumph Speed T4₹1,95,000
Triumph Speed 400₹2,31,890
Triumph Scrambler 400₹2,59,241
Triumph Thruxton 400₹2,65,538
Triumph Tracker 400₹2,46,225

Market Momentum and Network Expansion

The partnership between Triumph and Bajaj Auto, inked in 2023, has rapidly established a foothold in the mid-capacity (300cc-500cc) segment. Triumph currently operates a network of over 230 stores across 200 towns in India. This has become a vital global market for the brand.

The price reduction is not a temporary offer but a strategic realignment to welcome a new generation of riders.
