To boost interest and demand in the market, Citroen India has launched special Dark Edition versions of the C3 hatchback, Basalt coupe-SUV, and Aircross SUV. These special editions will be available in limited numbers across India, but Citroen has not revealed the exact count yet.
These Dark Edition Variants cost about ₹23,000 more than the regular top end variants. C3 Dark Editions price starts at ₹8.38 lakh, Basalt at ₹12.80 lakh and ₹13.13 lakh for the Aircross (ex-showroom). The first Basalt Dark Edition model was delivered to Citroen’s brand ambassador and Cricket Legend MS Dhoni.
What makes these Dark Edition versions unique is their All-Black look and finish. These variants come with Perla Nera Black paint job on the outside, along with Dark Chrome accents on the logo, grille, and body parts.
