After a strong showing at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year, VinFast Auto India has officially started accepting bookings for its much-awaited electric SUVs — the VF 6 and VF 7. These premium EVs are designed for Indian roads and will be launched for public sale in August, after the brand’s new plant opens in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
Indian customers can reserve the VF 6 or VF 7 starting today by visiting a VinFast showroom or the official website VinFastAuto.in. Bookings require a fully refundable amount of ₹21,000.
VinFast is entering India with a strong promise — to offer electric vehicles that combine range, comfort, tech, and style. Both the VF 6 and VF 7 are designed for daily commutes, weekend trips, and long-distance drives, with impressive real-world range and fast-charging support to tackle range anxiety.
What makes it better? These SUVs will be assembled locally at the new VinFast factory in Tamil Nadu, showing the company’s serious commitment to India — not just as a market, but as a future hub for EV production.
To ensure a smooth ownership experience, VinFast has tied up with 13 dealer partners to launch 32 dealerships across 27 cities. These will offer Sales, Service, and Spares (3S) support. Cities include:
Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Lucknow, Goa, and more.
They’re also building a strong charging and service network, in partnership with RoadGrid, myTVS, and Global Assure — offering everything from real-time charging access to AI-powered vehicle diagnostics.
