Ferrari has officially unveiled the all-new Ferrari HC25, an ultra-exclusive roadster created under the brand’s Special Projects Programme.

The HC25 made its public debut at Ferrari Racing Days at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, and Ferrari says it was designed for a single client as a unique one-off model.
Based on the Ferrari F8 Spider
The HC25 uses the architecture of the Ferrari F8 Spider, including its:
- Mid-rear-engine layout
- Chassis
- Twin-turbo V8 engine
Ferrari describes the HC25 as both:
- A final celebration of its mid-engine V8 spider lineage
- A bridge toward newer flagship models like the Ferrari F80 and Ferrari 12Cilindri.
Bold New Design
The HC25 gets an entirely new exterior design with:

- Sharp geometric surfaces
- Muscular rear arches
- Arrow-shaped side profile
- Slim custom headlights
- Vertical boomerang-style DRLs
One of the standout design elements is a Gloss black central ribbon running through the car, integrating cooling ducts and airflow management components.
Ferrari finished the body in Matt Moonlight Grey contrasted by glossy black elements and yellow accents.
Dynamics
Power comes from Ferrari’s 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, producing 720 hp and 770 Nm torque.
The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox
Ferrari claims:
- 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds
- 0-200 km/h in 8.2 seconds
- Top speed of 340 km/h

Conclusion
The Ferrari HC25 feels like Ferrari giving its iconic non-hybrid V8 era one final dramatic send-off. Between the futuristic styling, custom-built details and powerful twin-turbo V8, the HC25 perfectly captures Ferrari’s growing focus on ultra-exclusive one-off creations.
