MV Agusta has officially unveiled the ultra-exclusive MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT, created in collaboration with German tuning specialist ABT Sportsline.

The motorcycle combines Italian motorcycle design and German performance engineering. And MV Agusta will build only 130 individually numbered units worldwide to celebrate ABT’s 130th anniversary.

Aggressive Design with Automotive Inspiration

The Brutale 1000 ABT gets a special Nero Carbonio Metallizzato and Rosso Fuoco livery along with several race-inspired details.

Highlights include:

  • Carbon fibre rear wheel cover
  • Honeycomb-pattern seat
  • Black Brembo Stylema brake calipers
  • Forged wheels
  • Extensive carbon fibre bodywork

MV Agusta says the rear wheel cover was inspired by Turbofan-style racing wheels, which even helps reduce aerodynamic turbulence.

Engine Specs

Power comes from MV Agusta’s 1000cc inline four-cylinder engine, which produces:

  • 201 hp in standard form
  • 208 hp with the racing kit

The motorcycle also gets:

  • Revised engine mapping
  • Updated camshafts
  • Shorter final drive ratio
  • Arrow titanium exhaust system

The dedicated racing kit includes:

  • Arrow Titanium Slip-on exhaust
  • Special ECU mapping
  • Braking Batfly front discs

Premium Suspension and Braking

The Brutale 1000 ABT comes equipped with:

  • Öhlins electronically controlled suspension
  • Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers
  • 320 mm Braking Batfly front discs

MV Agusta says the setup is designed to deliver track-focused precision, better rider confidence, and improved braking consistency.

Exclusive Collector’s Motorcycle

The bike also gets a bespoke:

  • Alcantara seat
  • Dedicated welcome kit
  • Certificate of authenticity
  • Custom bike cover

Production is scheduled to begin in Q4 2026, with pricing in Italy set at €40,990 (₹45,95,593).

Company’s History in India

In India, MV Agusta sold several high-end motorcycles through Kinetic Motoroyale, including:

  • MV Agusta Brutale 800
  • MV Agusta F3 800
  • MV Agusta Dragster 800
  • MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800
  • MV Agusta Rush 1000

The brand became known among Indian enthusiasts for its exotic Italian styling, aggressive inline-three and inline-four engines, and limited production appeal, making MV Agusta motorcycles some of the rarest premium superbikes seen on Indian roads.

Final Take

The MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT feels like a perfect blend of Italian drama and German engineering precision. Between the 208 hp engine, extensive carbon fibre detailing, and ultra-limited production run, this is clearly aimed at collectors who want something far more exclusive than a typical superbike.
