Motormind has announced that the production version of the Hyperion-1 is scheduled to launch by the end of 2026. The announcement was made during the inauguration of Motormind Phase 3, the company’s new design studio and showroom, on May 31, 2026.

First unveiled as a prototype at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo, the Hyperion-1 has been on a long development journey. The upcoming production launch marks a major milestone for Motormind, with its new facility also set to serve as the home for the project.

Brand’s Phases: Five Years in the Making

The new facility took nearly five years to conceptualise, design and build. According to Motormind, the space reflects its approach to bringing design, engineering and fabrication together under one roof.

Key features include:

  • Custom-designed interiors and architecture, with several elements handpicked or handcrafted.
  • Electromechanical and electrohydraulic features designed to add a theatrical touch to the space.
  • A design studio and showroom for showcasing new projects and customer cars.

Motormind also plans to use the facility as a gathering space for automotive enthusiasts, hosting car unveilings, vehicle deliveries and other community events.

Aventador One Unveiled

The event also saw the unveiling of Aventador One, a bespoke styling project featuring a custom carbon-fibre body kit designed and engineered by Motormind under the direction of Design Chief Shahid Haq.

Bhoopesh Reddy of Bren Corporation attended the event as chief guest and unveiled the car.

A New Chapter for Motormind

With Phase 3 now inaugurated, Motormind is preparing for its next phase of development. The facility brings its design and engineering work into a dedicated space while offering a platform to showcase upcoming projects.

The biggest announcement, however, remains the Hyperion-1’s planned production launch by the end of 2026. First shown to the public a decade ago, the project is now approaching a crucial stage in its journey from prototype to production.
