Aston Martin has introduced the DBX GT, a new version of its high-performance SUV that puts greater emphasis on comfort, refinement and luxury. It joins the more performance-focused DBX S in the range, while retaining the same 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 and strong performance.

The DBX GT gets a redesigned exterior, a more luxurious cabin and suspension changes aimed at improving ride quality and reducing noise. First deliveries are scheduled to begin in Q4 2026.

A More Understated DBX

The GT gets a new double-vane grille, a two-piece metal side strake and body-coloured lower sections. It also features new quad exhaust finishers and standard 22-inch forged wheels with all-season tyres.

A 23-inch wheel package is available for buyers looking for a sportier appearance. Aston Martin says the standard setup has been chosen to improve ride comfort and reduce road noise.

More Luxury Inside

The biggest changes are inside. Both rows get redesigned seats with additional cushioning, revised bolstering and a 10mm memory foam layer.

  • New individual rear seats with extended headrests
  • Standard panoramic glass roof
  • Semi-aniline leather and deep-pile carpets
  • GT-specific upholstery, quilting and embroidery
  • More acoustic insulation and laminated rear side glass

717hp at Disposal

Despite its comfort-focused character, the DBX GT retains serious performance. Its 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 produces 717hp and 900Nm, with power sent through a 9-speed automatic gearbox.

It accelerates from 0-100 kph in 3.1 seconds and reaches 310 kph. Carbon-ceramic brakes with 420mm front and 390mm rear discs handle braking duties.

Reworked dampers, transmission mounts and suspension calibration improve ride compliance without removing the SUV’s dynamic capability.

Final Take

The DBX GT takes a different approach to the DBX S, combining the same 717hp performance with greater emphasis on refinement, cabin comfort and everyday usability. It is essentially Aston Martin’s quieter interpretation of its high-performance SUV formula.
