Ather Energy and Simple Energy have introduced their respective electric scooters, the Ather Konarc and Simple Wave, with multiple battery and range options. Here are the specifications.

The Ather Konarc S is available in three range configurations:

  • S 100 km: 2.1 kWh battery, 100 km IDC range and 80 km TrueRange.
  • S 125 km: 2.7 kWh battery, 125 km IDC range and 100 km TrueRange.
  • S 161 km: 3.5 kWh battery, 161 km IDC range and 130 km TrueRange.

Other specifications include:

  • Top speed: 70 km/h
  • 0-40 km/h: 5 seconds on the 100 km variant and 4.7 seconds on the 125 km and 161 km variants
  • Motor: PMSM
  • Peak power: 5hp or 6hp, depending on variant

Simple Wave

Battery and Performance

The Simple Wave lineup consists of six models.

  • Wave+: 5 kWh battery, 243 km IDC range, 8hp PMSM motor and 90 km/h top speed
  • Wave TFT/EBN: 3.7 kWh battery, 171 km IDC range, and 8hp motor
  • Wave S TFT/EBN: 2.7 kWh battery, 132 km IDC range and 8 hp motor
  • Wave S EBN: 2.2 kWh battery, 110 km IDC range and 6hp motor

The Wave+ produces 179 Nm of wheel torque. Higher variants feature Ride, Eco, ECOX and Sport modes, while other variants get Ride, Eco and ECOX modes.
