Bentley has officially revealed the name of its upcoming fourth model line. Called the Torcal, the all-new luxury model will make its global debut in London on September 23, 2026, marking the next chapter in the British marque’s modern era.
Like the Bentayga, Bacalar, and Batur, the new Torcal draws its name from a natural landscape. This time, Bentley has taken inspiration from El Torcal de Antequera in Andalusia, Spain, a dramatic limestone formation known for its towering rock structures shaped over millions of years.
Interestingly, the name Torcal also traces its roots to the Latin word torquere, meaning “to twist”, the origin of the modern word torque, reinforcing Bentley’s focus on effortless performance.
The Torcal will join Bentley’s growing portfolio alongside:
While the company is yet to reveal technical details, Bentley says the Torcal will combine the brand’s signature craftsmanship, luxury, and performance while introducing an entirely new concept.
Bentley Chairman and CEO Dr Frank-Steffen Walliser described the upcoming model as one that “sets extraordinary benchmarks” and hinted it could become the “most considered car” in the company’s 107-year history.

For now, Bentley is keeping the Torcal under wraps, but the brand’s decision to introduce an entirely new model line is arguably the bigger story. If it can blend Bentley’s handcrafted luxury with a fresh direction, the Torcal could become one of the marque’s most significant launches in recent years.
