BMW Motorrad and BMW M have unveiled the Limited Editions 100 Jahre Nurburgring to celebrate the Nürburgring’s 100th anniversary in 2027. The special editions are based on the M 1000 RR, M 1000 R and M 1000 XR, with production limited to just 100 units of each model worldwide.
All three motorcycles feature an exclusive Nurburgring-inspired green colour scheme and a special equipment package designed to bring the character of the legendary circuit to the road.
The three motorcycles share several visual details created specifically for the anniversary editions. These include:
The M Track package is also included as standard, while the M 1000 RR, M 1000 R and M 1000 XR additionally get the M Cover kit for track use.
The M 1000 RR 100 Jahre Nurburgring is based on BMW’s flagship superbike, with its motorsport-derived engine and aerodynamic package retained.
BMW says the motorcycle draws heavily from its experience in WorldSBK and the FIM Endurance World Championship, while the anniversary edition adds the M Cover kit as standard.
The M 1000 R 100 Jahre Nurburgring combines the performance of BMW’s hyper-roadster with the exclusive anniversary treatment, while the M 1000 XR 100 Jahre Nurburgring brings the same theme to BMW’s long-distance performance motorcycle.
Both models are limited to 100 units worldwide.
BMW says all three Nurburgring editions will be available from late 2027. Pricing and India-specific availability have not been announced in the provided details.

The 100 Jahre Nurburgring editions add exclusivity and a strong motorsport connection to three of BMW Motorrad’s most performance-focused motorcycles. With only 100 examples of each model planned worldwide, they are positioned as collector-focused versions rather than major mechanical upgrades.
