Donkervoort P24 RS now available in right-hand drive, production capped at under 30 units

Dutch sports car manufacturer Donkervoort has confirmed that the P24 RS will be offered in right-hand drive (RHD) for the first time in the company’s 49-year history. The move opens the lightweight supercar to new markets, including the UK, Japan, Australia and several countries across Asia and Oceania.

Fewer than 30 right-hand drive examples of the P24 RS will be produced.

Brand expands into new markets

The introduction of an RHD version is part of Donkervoort’s global expansion strategy, following its recent entry into the Middle East and North America.

The P24 RS will now be available in markets including:

• United Kingdom
• Japan
• Singapore
• Hong Kong
• Australia
• New Zealand

According to the company, orders from right-hand drive markets have already been placed, with customers beginning the personalisation process.

Lightweight performance remains the focus

The P24 RS continues Donkervoort’s philosophy of delivering maximum driver engagement through minimal weight.

Key specifications include:

• 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6
• 600 hp
• 800 Nm
• 780 kg dry weight
• Rear-wheel drive

A standout feature is the new Power To Choose (PTC) engine management system, which allows drivers to switch between 400 hp, 500 hp and 600 hp while driving.

Performance figures

Despite its focus on lightweight engineering, the P24 RS delivers supercar-rivalling performance.

• 0-200 km/h in 7.4 seconds
• Top speed of over 300 km/h
• More than 2.3 g of lateral cornering grip

Donkervoort says it is currently the only production car producing 600 hp while weighing under 1,000 kg.

Practicality meets performance

Unlike many track-focused supercars, the P24 RS also offers everyday usability.

Advanced construction

The P24 RS is built around a hybrid chassis comprising welded steel tubes reinforced with the company’s Ex-Core carbon-fibre technology.

The lightweight construction helps the car meet modern safety and emissions standards without compromising performance.

Limited production

Donkervoort plans to build just 150 examples of the P24 RS globally, with more than 100 cars already spoken for. Of those, fewer than 30 units will be produced in right-hand drive, making them among the rarest versions of the Dutch supercar.
