Force Motors has unveiled the new Force Traveller N in India, bringing a major update to one of the country’s most widely used people movers.

The new range will gradually replace the current Traveller lineup and will be available across applications like ambulances, school buses, and delivery vans.
A Familiar Name, Now Updated
The Traveller has been around for decades and continues to dominate its segment, especially in fleet and commercial use.
With this update, Force Motors is focusing on making it:
- More comfortable
- Easier to drive
- More reliable for daily use
The aim is simple: improve what matters most for operators and passengers.
Cabin Feels More Modern
One of the biggest changes is inside.

The new Traveller N now gets a more car-like cabin, which is a big step up from before.
Key updates include:
- Digital instrument cluster
- 9-inch infotainment screen
- New ergonomically designed seats
- Improved noise insulation for a quieter cabin
- New HVAC system for better cooling
These changes should make long journeys more comfortable, especially in applications like school transport and ambulances.
Design Gets a Fresh Look
The exterior has also been updated to look more modern.
- New front design with DRLs
- LED turn indicators
- Updated rear styling
It still looks like a Traveller, but now feels more up to date.
Built Stronger and Better
Force Motors has also worked on improving build quality and durability.
- Stronger body structure
- Fewer body joints for better strength
- Improved manufacturing processes
- Use of robotics for better consistency
These changes are aimed at improving long-term reliability and reducing maintenance.
Engine and Performance
The Traveller N continues with a 2.6-litre diesel engine, now updated to meet BS6 Stage 2 norms.
The focus here is on:
- Fuel efficiency
- Reliability
- Ease of maintenance
- 114 to 115 hp power and 350 Nm peak torque
Focus on Fleet Owners
The new range is clearly built with fleet operators in mind.
It also gets added support features like:
- Extended warranty options
- Roadside assistance
- Real-time vehicle tracking and diagnostics
These features should help reduce downtime and improve overall efficiency.
Availability
Bookings for the new Traveller N range will begin from mid-May 2026 across Force Motors dealerships in India.
