Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) recorded total sales of 5.79 lakh units in August 2026, registering an 8% year-on-year growth compared to the same month last year.
The growth was driven by steady performance in both the domestic and export markets.
HMSI sold 5.17 lakh units in India during August 2026, up 8% from 4.81 lakh units in August 2025.
Exports grew at a faster pace, rising 15% year-on-year to 61,833 units, compared to 53,840 units in the same period last year.
Honda continues to serve customers through a nationwide network of over 7,000 touchpoints.
For the April-August period of FY27, HMSI recorded total sales of 27.33 lakh units, up 13% from 24.25 lakh units during the same period last year.
Domestic sales grew 11% to 24.07 lakh units, while exports recorded a strong 31% growth, reaching 3.26 lakh units.
