Hyundai Motor India has announced a major expansion of its EV ecosystem by offering access to over 30,000 charging points nationwide through the myHyundai app. The platform is open to electric vehicles from all brands and brings together multiple charging networks under a single interface.

The company has also confirmed plans to expand its own DC fast-charging network from 183 stations to 600 stations by 2030.
myHyundai app now offers wider charging access
Hyundai has partnered with multiple Charge Point Operators (CPOs) to build one of India’s largest integrated EV charging networks.
The app allows users to:
- Locate nearby charging stations
- Navigate to chargers
- Book charging slots in advance
- Make digital payments
- Access charging points across multiple networks
According to Hyundai, charging stations are available within an average radius of 25km across India, including key highway routes.
Hyundai to expand its own charging network
In addition to third-party partnerships, Hyundai is expanding its proprietary charging infrastructure.
Currently, the company operates:
- 183 DC fast chargers
- Across 105 cities
- Charging speeds ranging from 60kW to 240kW
Hyundai plans to increase this to 600 charging stations by 2030, with installations at dealerships, cities and major highways.
Over 3 lakh users have used Hyundai chargers
Since January 2023, more than 3 lakh EV users have accessed Hyundai-owned charging stations through the myHyundai app.
During this period, the network has delivered over 50 lakh kWh of electricity, which Hyundai says has helped reduce approximately 3.5 million kg of CO₂ emissions.
Mass-market EV coming this year
Hyundai also confirmed that it will enter the mass-market electric SUV segment during the current financial year, further expanding its EV portfolio in India.

Final Take
Hyundai is not just adding new EVs, it is investing heavily in the supporting infrastructure as well. By bringing over 30,000 charging points onto a single platform and opening it to EV owners across brands, the company is making public charging more convenient. With plans to significantly expand its own fast-charging network and launch a new mass-market electric SUV, Hyundai is clearly strengthening its position in India’s growing EV market.
