Kia India has delivered 150 Syros EVs to customers in Kochi, marking another step in the company’s push towards electric mobility in the country. The deliveries come with an ownership package aimed at addressing some of the biggest concerns around EV adoption.
The Syros EV is offered with a 51.4kWh Extended Range battery, which delivers a claimed ARAI-certified range of 526km (MIDC Full).
Kia says these figures make the Syros EV a segment-leading offering in terms of range, power and charging performance.
Kia is also offering several ownership benefits to make the switch to an EV easier.
The company says these initiatives are designed to give customers greater confidence in the long-term ownership and resale value of the EV.
Alongside the deliveries, Incheon Kia has strengthened its sustainability efforts by installing a 1.6MW solar power system at its dealership.
The move adds a renewable-energy component to Kia’s expanding EV ecosystem in Kerala.
