Mahindra & Mahindra has expanded its after-sales network in Delhi NCR with a new training centre, mobile electric vehicle service vans, and five additional service facilities, looking to reduce service time and improve support for customers.

The company announced their plan on February 10, stating the expansion covers technician training, doorstep service for EVs and increased service centre capacityacross the region.
An important part of the expansion plan is a new 26,000 sq ft training hub called the Mahindra Institute ofLearning Excellence. The institute will be used to train technicians and other staff. The institute intends on improving and training skills required to service newer,tech-heavy vehicles.

Dedicated mobile EV service vans has been introduced aiming to improve door-step support for electric vehicles.These vans are fit to conduct minor repairs and maintenance. The company said more such vans are set to brought in additional cities.
As per the press release, Mahindra intends to strengthen their service network as customer demand for its SUVs and electric SUVs substantially grow. The automaker is currently the market leader in the SUV segment and aims to increase its focus on electric mobility and customer service.
