Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Gets Two New Limited-Edition Colours

Skoda Auto India has expanded the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo lineup with two new dual-tone colour options, Shimla Green and Steel Grey.

The new colours will be offered as a limited edition, with just 200 units available across the 1.0 TSI Automatic and 1.5 TSI DSG variants.

Limited-Edition Exterior Updates

The new colour options are exclusive to the Slavia Monte Carlo and aim to offer buyers a more distinctive look while retaining the variant’s motorsport-inspired styling.

The sedan continues to feature:

  • Blacked-out exterior elements
  • Monte Carlo badging
  • Dual-tone alloy wheels
  • Black roof

Inside, the Monte Carlo retains its signature:

  • Black and red cabin theme
  • Feature-rich interior
  • Sporty styling touches

Engine and Transmission Options

Mechanically, the Slavia Monte Carlo remains unchanged.

Customers can choose between:

  • 1.0-litre TSI petrol producing 113hp and 178 Nm, paired with a 6-speed torque-converter automatic
  • 1.5-litre TSI petrol producing 147 hp and 250 Nm, paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic

The larger 1.5-litre engine also continues to feature:

  • Active Cylinder Technology (ACT)
  • Plasma-coated cylinder liners

Skoda says the technology helps improve fuel efficiency by shutting down two cylinders under light engine loads.

Monte Carlo Legacy

The Monte Carlo badge pays tribute to Skoda’s long-standing association with the famous Rallye Monte Carlo. It continues to be positioned as the sportiest version of the Slavia, combining distinctive styling with the brand’s turbo-petrol powertrains.

Final Take

The addition of the new Shimla Green and Steel Grey finishes gives the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo an added layer of exclusivity without changing its mechanical package. With only 200 units on offer, the limited-edition colours are likely to appeal to buyers looking for a more distinctive version of one of India’s most engaging midsize sedans.
