Volkswagen India has launched the Virtus Anniversary Edition to celebrate four years of the premium sedan in the country. Based on the GT Plus Sport variant, the limited-run special edition introduces an exclusive Avocado Pearl paint finish and a host of cosmetic upgrades. It is priced at ₹19.19 lakh (ex-showroom) and is now available at Volkswagen dealerships across India.
The biggest highlight of the Anniversary Edition is the debut of the new Avocado Pearl exterior colour, paired with a contrasting black roof and black alloy wheels, giving the Virtus a sportier appearance.

On the safety front, the Virtus comes equipped with six airbags as standard, a 5-star Global NCAP safety rating, and more than 40 safety features.
Powering the Virtus Anniversary Edition is the familiar 1.5-litre TSI EVO turbo-petrol engine producing 148 hp and 250 Nm of torque. Buyers can choose between a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission, depending on the variant.
