Honda Unveils Refreshed Civic e:HEV

Honda has refreshed its popular Civic e:HEV hybrid hatchback, introducing new interior and exterior updates while keeping its efficient hybrid powertrain unchanged. The updated Civic e:HEV is now available to order in the UK, with prices starting from £33,795 (OTR).

Sharper, More Distinctive Exterior

Honda has given every Civic grade a bolder look with a redesigned front upper and lower grille in black gloss, new grille and headlight accents, and a sculpted front bumper with stronger character lines. The lower bumper spoiler now matches the body color, giving the car a more athletic and premium stance. New 18-inch two-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels—grey for the Advance grade and black for the Sport grade—add to the dynamic appearance. The door garnish also gets a high-gloss black finish.

Honda has removed the front fog lights on all grades, thanks to improved LED headlight technology that maintains excellent visibility. A new exterior color, Seabed Blue, replaces Premium Crystal Blue, joining existing options like Platinum White Pearl, Crystal Black Pearl, Sonic Gray Pearl, and Premium Crystal Red Metallic. New accessory accent colors include Berlina Black, Nordic Silver, and Patina Bronze.

Refined, More Advanced Interior

Inside, all grades now feature a black roof and pillars for a more premium feel, with matte chrome detailing around the air vents. The Advance model adds interior illumination and footwell lights, while the Sport grade gets a new heated steering wheel and a 10.2-inch Digital Driver Display for clearer graphics and better visibility. Elegance models now offer wireless charging in the center console for added convenience.

Hybrid Performance and Safety

The Civic e:HEV continues to use Honda’s two-motor hybrid system, delivering a balance of practicality, driving fun, and fuel efficiency. Every model comes with Honda SENSING, a suite of advanced safety features, including Forward Collision Warning, a wide-angle high-definition camera, and a high-speed processing chip for accurate detection of vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists—even in low light.

Elegance models now include an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, a feature already standard on Sport and Advance grades.
