Honda Cars India has introduced the Elevate ADV Edition as a new top variant of its mid-size SUV line-up. Priced at Rs 15.29 lakh (ex-showroom) for the manual and Rs 16.66 lakh for the CVT dual-tone. The ADV Edition sits above the regular ZX variant and is available with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed CVT automatic transmission.
The ADV Edition is primarily a styling update. It features a glossy black Alpha-Bold Plus front grille, orange-accented decals for the hood, and black roof rails and blackened ORVMs, alongside unique ADV badges on its fenders. The car is also fitted with black alloy wheels featuring orange accents, body-coloured rear skid plate, and several orange highlights around the fog lamps and rear bumper. There is a new backlit dashboard garnish notably an ‘ADV Terrain Pattern illuminated panel’ plus embossed ADV logos and more orange accenting throughout the all-black interior. The model is available in Meteoroid Grey Metallic and Lunar Silver Metallic, both with single and dual-tone paint options.
Under the bonnet, the ADV Edition shares its 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with other Elevate variants, producing 121hp and 145Nm torque, paired to either a manual or CVT automatic. Ground clearance (220 mm) and boot capacity (458 litres) remain unchanged.
The Elevate ADV Edition comes equipped with the Honda Sensing ADAS suite, offering systems such as collision mitigation braking, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and road departure mitigation. Six airbags, ABS with EBD, vehicle stability control, Hill Start Assist, ISOFIX rear seats, and Honda LaneWatch camera are standard. A 360-degree camera is also available as a dealer fitment.
A standard three-year unlimited kilometre warranty is provided, extendable up to ten years. Honda Connect features, including a five-year subscription, are carried over, delivering over 37 connected car functions.
The Elevate ADV Edition is a cosmetic variant that adds bold styling and ADAS features to Honda’s mid-size SUV offering, without mechanical changes. It will compete in the market against SUVs such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq.
