300+ Touchpoints! Škoda Auto Reaches New Milestone in India

Škoda Auto is celebrating a major achievement in its journey in India. As the brand marks 25 years of presence in the country (and 130 years globally), it has now crossed 300 customer touchpoints, reaching 172 cities across the nation. This comes soon after Škoda recorded its best-ever half-yearly sales in the first half of 2025, showing that the brand is growing faster than ever.

For Indian car buyers, this means easier access to Škoda cars and services, despite being in a metro city or a smaller town. The company has been rapidly expanding its presence, not just in big cities but also in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns, so customers don’t have to travel far for service or support.

What Drives This Expansion?

According to Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Škoda Auto India, the aim is to be “closer to customers and grow together.” He mentioned that many new touchpoints have been added with the help of long-time dealer partners, and new ones have been chosen based on their strong customer service track record.

This expansion reflects more than just numbers – it’s a signal that Škoda wants to make owning and maintaining a car easier and more enjoyable, no matter where you live.

Cars for Every Need

Škoda’s recent success has a lot to do with its popular SUV lineup, which now includes the Kushaq, Kodiaq, and the newest launch – the Kylaq. These SUVs are helping Škoda reach new customers in new markets, while the Slavia sedan continues the brand’s strong sedan legacy in India. There’s even more to look forward to, as Škoda plans to bring in a global model to India soon.

Together, the growing dealer network and expanding product range are working hand in hand to bring Škoda to more Indian households.

More Than Just a Car – A Better Ownership Experience

Škoda isn’t just focused on selling cars; it wants to make owning a Škoda smoother and more worry-free. That’s why every new car comes with a free one-year Škoda SuperCare package, which covers maintenance and gives peace of mind. This means customers don’t have to spend anything on routine service for the first 30,000 km or two years – whichever comes first.

Škoda also offers long-term warranty, roadside assistance, and affordable service plans, ensuring that customers can enjoy their cars without the stress of unexpected costs.

With a strong push into smaller cities, smarter service, and a growing lineup of feature-packed cars, Škoda Auto India is building a strong connection with Indian buyers. Whether you’re a first-time buyer in a small town or a long-time owner in a metro, Škoda wants to be just around the corner — with a promise of value, safety, and peace of mind.
