Audi, the German luxury carmaker, has announced a new industry-leading warranty and roadside assistance program for its customers in India. Audi now offers an extended warranty of up to 10 years and roadside assistance for up to 15 years across its entire product range. This move reinforces Audi’s commitment to customer satisfaction and sets a new benchmark for luxury automotive service in India.

Extended Warranty Program

• Covers all manufacturing defects for vehicles up to 10 years old
• Mileage protection up to 200,000 kilometers
• Available for all Audi models in India
• Customers can opt for a 1-year or 2-year extension, at the time of new car delivery or before the existing warranty expires
• Flexible purchase options for both new and existing customers

Audi Roadside Assistance Program

• Offers up to 15 years of 24/7 emergency roadside assistance
• Services available on national highways, state highways, and motorable roads across India
• Includes towing to the nearest authorized workshop, technical support for minor faults, fuel delivery (up to 10 liters, fuel cost extra), battery boost, tyre repair, spare key delivery, and lockout assistance
• Premium care features like hotel accommodation or onward/return journey if repairs take more than 72 hours (when more than 100 km from home), vehicle custody and safekeeping, and complimentary refreshments for passengers
• Advanced features include email notifications to the nearest dealership, customer updates every 30 minutes, protective body covers during service, and a WhatsApp-based service request system

The roadside assistance program is available with flexible coverage options, with prices ranging from ₹3,999 to ₹8,000 depending on the validity period and vehicle age.

Who Can Avail?

The new extended warranty and roadside assistance program is available for all new Audi customers. Existing customers can also upgrade their coverage based on their vehicle’s age and current warranty status.
