Audi India Expands Hyderabad Footprint with Second Showroom and Gachibowli Service Facility

Audi India has inaugurated its second retail touchpoint in Hyderabad, located at Jubilee Hills. The new facility is the first in the region to implement the brand’s global “Progressive Showroom Concept,” a retail architecture that shifts focus from traditional car displays to a modular, customer-centric environment.

In tandem with the showroom launch, the manufacturer has also opened a dedicated pre-owned car “Audi Approved: plus” facility and a large-scale service center in Gachibowli to manage the increasing vehicle park in the Telangana capital.

The Progressive Showroom Architecture

The Jubilee Hills showroom, spanning 6,000 square feet at VVC Park View, departs from conventional dealership layouts. The “Progressive Showroom Concept” utilizes a modular design centered on digitalization and sustainability.

Key zones within the new facility include:

  • The Progressive Lab: A dedicated area focused on explaining Audi’s technological developments and “Vorsprung” DNA.
  • The Stage: A high-visibility zone used specifically for the debut and focus of new models.
  • The Library & Open Lounge: Immersive consultation spaces designed to offer a more relaxed environment than traditional sales desks.
  • Floating Car Display: A unique installation providing a 360-degree view of the showcased models.

Expansion of After-Sales and Pre-Owned Infrastructure

Recognizing the growth in the secondary luxury market, Audi has established a 2,000-square-foot Audi Approved: plus showroom in Gachibowli. This facility can display up to five certified pre-owned vehicles at a time, each undergoing a rigorous multi-point quality check.

Supporting the retail expansion is a new 13,000-square-foot service center also located in Gachibowli. The workshop features 14 dedicated service bays and is equipped with Audi’s latest diagnostic and repair tools to handle the current fleet of luxury sedans and SUVs.

Strategic Importance of the Hyderabad Market

According to Audi India, Hyderabad remains one of the fastest-growing metropolitan markets for luxury automobiles, largely attributed to the city’s thriving IT and pharmaceutical sectors. This second showroom brings Audi’s total national touchpoints to 67, with plans for further network expansion throughout 2026.

Audi India’s Current Portfolio: The new facility will retail the complete Indian lineup, including:

  • Sedans: A4, A6, and S5 Sportback.
  • SUVs: Q3, Q3 Sportback, Q5, Q7, Q8, and the high-performance RS Q8.
