Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT) has announced its entry into the Indian consumer tyre market with a new on-highway tyre (OHT) range.
BKT announced products for scooter & motorcycles and medium & heavy commercial vehicles.

The brand has officially signalled two different identities for the group.BKT Tyres include on & off highway tire range and BKT Carbon include its industrial material business.
Product Range
For two-wheelers, the company developed BKT Zenova, meant for city commuting, primarily focused on comfort & grip for every day riders.
Following the Zenova, BKT birthed Thyros. Placing prime focus on off-road usability with an intention to tackle harsh road-conditions.
Safety &Testing
BKL says, the tyres have been put through rigorous testing in NATRAX, government’s vehicle proving ground based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The products also carry mandatory BIS certificate to emphasize its quality focused approach.
Vision
The group has committedan investment of ₹3,500 crore as part of their strategic expansion to solidify the brand’s presence across India’s mobility ecosystem.
