BMW Announces Exclusive ‘100 Jahre Nurburgring’ Editions for India

BMW India and BMW Motorrad India have opened pre-orders for the exclusive ‘100 Jahre Nurburgring’ editions, celebrating the legendary German racetrack’s upcoming 100th anniversary in 2027. The collection includes five BMW M performance cars and one motorcycle, with limited units planned for India.

The lineup includes the BMW M2 Coupe, all-new M3 Sedan, M4 Coupe, M5 Sedan, M5 Touring and BMW M 1000 R. The M5 Touring will make its India debut as part of the anniversary collection.

Nurburgring-Inspired Design

The special editions feature exclusive Nurburgring Green paintwork or Sapphire Black metallic with green accents. Their design incorporates the anniversary logo, ‘Nurburgring since 1927’ lettering and the racetrack’s silhouette.

Inside, the cars receive black upholstery with contrasting green and white stitching, edition-specific door sills and carbon-fibre trim. The inline-six models also get M Alcantara steering wheels with matching stitching and a 12 o’clock marker, along with M Carbon bucket seats.

Five BMW M Cars

The collection brings together different performance models, each with its own anniversary details.

  • BMW M2: M Carbon roof, carbon bucket seats and exclusive graphics.
  • BMW M3 Competition xDrive: Green wheel accents, Nürburgring graphics and M Carbon roof.
  • BMW M4 Competition xDrive: M stripes, carbon roof and model-specific accents.
  • BMW M5 Sedan: M HYBRID powertrain, green wheel accents and Nordschleife embroidery.
  • BMW M5 Touring: Combines the M HYBRID powertrain with a more versatile estate body style.

The M5 Touring’s arrival marks the first time BMW has brought its high-performance Touring model to India

BMW M 1000 R Joins The Collection

BMW Motorrad will offer limited units of the M 1000 R. It features a specially painted fuel tank, anniversary graphics, carbon-fibre wheels with Nurburgring Green accents, and an Alcantara-look seat embroidered with ‘100’. Each bike also gets an individual ‘one of 100’ marking.
