Defender OCTA Black – Born to Rule Every Terrain

The Defender OCTA Black is the boldest and most luxurious version of Land Rover’s high-performance off-road icon. This edition takes the extreme capabilities of the Defender OCTA and wraps them in a sleek, all-black finish for a more powerful presence.

Finished in Narvik Black, the deepest and glossiest black in the Defender range, the OCTA Black gets black detailing on up to 30 exterior elements—from the grille and scuff plates to the quad exhaust tips and even the underbody components. Clients can also opt for a Matte Protective Film for a stealthier look.

The blacked-out theme continues inside with Ebony Semi-Aniline Leather seats enhanced by Kvadrat™ fabric for a premium, tactile feel. The seats feature unique perforation and stitching, with Carpathian Grey accents on the seat backs and armrest hinges. The dashboard gets a Satin Black Powder Coat Cross Car Beam, with an optional Chopped Carbon Fibre finish adding to the rugged elegance.

Every detail of the Defender OCTA Black, from its 22-inch Gloss Black wheels to its Sentient Silver-scripted brake calipers, is crafted for those who want the ultimate combination of performance, design, and tough luxury—all dressed in black.

Under the hood, it packs a massive 635PS 4.4-litre Twin Turbo mild-hybrid V8, paired with cutting-edge 6D Dynamics suspension and a special OCTA Mode built for serious off-road action.

What sets the OCTA Black apart isn’t just power—it’s the experience. The SUV features Body and Soul Seats (BASS) in the front row, developed with SUBPAC™, allowing you to feel the music through vibrations synced with the 700W Meridian™ Surround Sound System. It’s an immersive listening experience that connects you to the beat, just like top global artists during their studio sessions.

Defender OCTA Black also features the latest updates from the Defender family, like a new headlight signature, flush rear lights with smoked lenses, and a 13.1-inch touchscreen for a more intuitive infotainment experience. This special edition also arrives with fresh exterior color options like Sargasso Blue and Borasco Grey, alongside the bold blacked-out aesthetic.
